Popped into discount tile’s yesterday regarding a refund issue. Initially was told that I won’t be issued a refund and can only get a credit note as the tiles exceeded 30 days return policy. However after explaining my circumstances I was able to get the refund back into my original payment method. They held on to the tiles for us while we waited for the keys to our new home and never had an issue with how delayed getting the keys was! They also kindly changed the tiles for us months after ordering them as we changed our mind last minute!
